Wheat Germ Eye & Neck Cream / Very Dry

Many moisturizers can be too heavy for the eye and neck area, so we specially formulated our eye and neck cream to be lightweight to provide ample hydration to these areas of the face and neck. Although the cream is lightweight, the wheat germ is a rich source of Vitamin E which leaves behind smoother, more radiant skin and the slightest hint of fragrance.
